Traveling Petting Zoo and Pony Ride Service Area
Reserve your farm themed party time early as time slots are filled very quickly. Non refundable 50% deposit required to reserve your pony ride or traveling farm party package. In cases where animals can comfortably travel slightly outside service area, additional travel charges may apply. Flexibility on date(s) & time may allow for a combined travel discount if visit your party the same day as another closeby event.
If you are outside the area we service, please understand we typically can not respond as we focus only on customers we can accommodate.

What does a party or event cost?
Packages are custom tailored for your event. Prices will vary depending upon the size of your party, travel time, tolls and mileage to your location, weekday or weekend date, the amount of time you reserve and the package that you choose.
Rates vary depending upon your package preference, date and location. Weekend party packages in our standard 1 hour service radius are generally in the $995 to $2500 range and may be higher outside the service area. Flexibility for date & time may allow for a combined travel discount which is the lesser rate range if we're able to combine travel with another closeby event. For the animals' comfort we keep travel time maneageble- thank you for understanding. We can not typically respond to requests outside our service area and can only focus on customers we are able accommodate.
What happens in the case of Inclement Weather? Party deposits are non-refundable. In the event of adverse weather/Act of God on your event date, a petting zoo will be substituted in place of pony rides, if we are not able to provide pony rides due to weather
(lightning, heavy downpour etc). Drizzle and light rain we still offer pony rides. Petting Zoos can be set up in any sheltered area such as a garage, tent, convered deck, park pavillion, walk out basement etc.
If you choose to postpone or cancel your party or event due to weather or any other reason, party deposits are not transferrable and an additional non- refundable deposit is required to hold the revised date. We can not hold or guarantee a date or rain date without a non refundable 50% deposit. Refunds are only issued in the event that we cancel a party due to unsafe travel or road conditions or Act of God. As a rule of thumb if school would cancel for unsafe travel we will cancel. Otherwise we will be there!
It is strongly recommended that you wait until the morning of your event to decide if you wish to reschedule or cancel. We have been offering Perfect Pony Rides and Petting Zoos for well over 20 years and have found that weather forecasts are consistently incorrect and usually exaggerated or bad weather is isolated to a portion of the service area- it may be pouring in Easton and beautiful 90 minutes away in Malvern- most often we can set up where your party is.
Where do you park the animal trailer? Access to Location: Our zoos need to have easy access to the set up area. Access should allow the animal trailer to pull up close- within 50 feet- to unload the animals, set up materials, and all other equipment used for your zoo. If your zoo will be in the backyard, please keep a parking spot with easy access and egress open near your setup area. Please do not have your guests park the trailer in. Additional set up time is required for parties located more than 50 feet (4 car parking spaces) from trailer parking spot. Pony Rides may be walked to their set up area.
Who is responsible for cleanup? Our staff brings a pooper scooper to clean up the petting zoo and pony ride areas during and after your event.
Petting Zoos on paved areas are set up on tarps with bedding which are rolled up and removed at the end of the animal's visit.
Locate noisy and active games a minimum of 200 feet from pony rides/ petting zoo area.
Have children remain in a line for their pony ride.
Consider reserving a mini petting zoo to help keep the
children occupied while waiting in line.
Keep dogs in a secure area away from ponies and zoo where they can not get loose during the farm animal visit. Many parties send their dog to the groomer the day of the party.
Strange dogs will make animals nervous.
Keep balls, sticks and motorized ride on toys a minimum of 200 feet away from the pony & petting zoo areas.
Always walk or stand in front of ponies where they can see you.
One child on a pony at a time.
Speak quietly and move slowly as sudden movements and loud sounds may startle the animals.
